Grace Edwards (born February 16, 1923)[1]was the daughter of Edna and Gilbert Edwards, and the older sister of Ruth.

Edna and Gilbert Edwards[]
Edna[2] ("Mama") and Gilbert Edwards[3] ("Daddy") were the parents of Grace and Ruth Edwards. She was from Fort Worth, Texas, where she attended nursing school and worked for two years in a hospital. After getting married, Edna and Gilbert moved to Dalhart to pursue farming. There were several years of prosperity before the Great Depression and then the Dust Bowl happened.

Helen Walker was Grace's best friend.
Ruth Edwards[]
Ruth Edwards (born October 5, 1928)[4] was Grace's younger sister.
