The Royal Diaries is a series of three television films based on Scholastic's The Royal Diaries, a series of fictional diaries about famous princesses. The films originally aired on HBO in 2000. The three films were released separately on video tape shortly after airing. In 2008, all three were released together on DVD.

The films were adapted from Kristiana Gregory's Cleopatra VII: Daughter of the Nile, Kathryn Lasky's Elizabeth I: Red Rose of the House of Tudor, and Carolyn Meyer's Isabel: Jewel of Castilla.
